We are India’s only education program that equips students with exceptional communication abilities & 21st-century skills through hands-on workshops.
How did it start?
After years of diligent research and observation, our team identified a gap between the efforts invested by schools and the outcomes achieved.
Despite possessing top-notch infrastructure, cutting-edge technology, and a highly qualified faculty, schools faced challenges in validating their hard work and showcasing their potential to parents.
A significant issue arose as students lacked confidence in expressing themselves in English, ultimately affecting how schools were perceived. This language barrier became a key factor in evaluating the overall performance of schools.
While Swapnil was engaged in a language development program abroad, he seized the opportunity to collaborate with researchers and linguistic experts.
And a thought struck him — “Students can acquire English communication skills the same way.”
That’s when he teamed up with Kaveri, who shared the same vision of empowering kids to fully express themselves.
Together they did further research and met with Gopal from IIT Delhi, Janardan from IIM Khozikhode (for the technical know-how) & Bharti kharbanda from NSD (for Theatre In Education & Drama In Education) and their interaction kept growing.
The Solution
Swapnil and Kaveri racked their brains — day and night. When one spotted a problem, the other came up with a solution. After rigorous brainstorming, they designed an innovative pedagogy.
Our pilot project was a big hit with students and teachers. We tried and tested the program in a variety of schools and regions — from a minority school on the Nepal border to international schools in Delhi.
